A: In terms of battery life, a fully charged Wicked Ball can provide 1.5 hours-4 hours of playtime (depending on how much your canine is engaged with it). The outer shell of Wicked Ball is made of polycarbonate that is rough and durable, yet it is still suggested that you don’t let your dog always bite or gnaw on it.

Q: What do the three modes mean?
A: Three reaction modes for your dogs: blue for “normal” (move and jump), green for “passive” (jump when touched), purple for “gentle” (move or shake when touched). You can choose the favorite modes for your fur babies.

Wicked Ball SE will play with your pet for 10 minutes and then rest in sleep mode for 30 minutes. However, during the rest time, it can be reactivated by your pet or your touch to play with your pet for another 10 minutes, with a maximum continuous run time of about 60-70 minutes, and a maximum intermittent run time of about 4 hours.

Accidental Touch Protection:
